I just learned from Haven Knox Johnston Insurance company upon renewal of my policy that the ITALIAN GOVERNMENT has introduced a new REGULATION requiring MAKE, MODEL and SERIAL NUMBERS on INSURANCE POLICIES for TENDERS AND OUTBOARDS. If stopped by Italian authorities and if the insurance policy for the vessel DOES NOT have the above information they will FINE THE OWNER!! UGH!!
