I want to thank the community for many highly informative posts. We plan to leave from our winter berth in Trinidad end Nov and arrive NYC end May. Insurance constraints (and a desire to see newly acquired grand-children!) require a return to UK after 3-4 months. Can anyone recommend a secure place, either in PR or DR, to leave our 38ft yacht from mid-February-end March 2017? And if so, how easy is it to get to an international airport?
