Most UK insurers will only cover for 60 days at the most. Topsail have advertised a product but it is limited to a maximum of 180 days unoccupied.

Does anyone have any suggestions, or any experience? How do long term cruisers deal with this issue?
RE: Home insurance when unoccupied

+x
John Franklin - 4/17/2019

I am trying to arrange insurance cover for a UK home when it is unoccupied for a lengthy period. This suits our current needs and the price and terms are reasonable.
