Would anyone have any upto date information on a cruising permit for the Dominican Republic.
The boat been in the DR for over 90 days?

Hi Mike,
You might look at the distribution map for OCC boats to see if any are listed for Luperon where there are often dozens of boats and contact them directly. Or any OCC boats in adjacent areas as they might know themselves or have a contact. Then there is always Noonsite.
This is quite dated (15+ years), but Alchemy was anchored in Luperon for more than 3 months because of a variety of circumstances including land touring the DR (well worth it). without any extra paperwork after initially checking into the country.
